規程等の改正について（Regarding the Revision of a Regulation）

以下の規程について改訂されておりますので、ご確認のほどよろしくお願い申し上げます。

規程名：国際会計研究学会会則

第５条　本会に入会を希望する者は、会員２名の推薦をえて、入会申込書および必要な場合には会員資格等内規に定める書類を添付して、各年の研究大会開催1カ月前までに理事会に申し込まなければならない。

②　本会に院生会員として入会を希望する者は、会員１名の推薦をえて、入会申込書および会員資格等内規に定める書類を添付して、各年の研究大会開催1カ月前までに理事会に申し込まなければならない。

③　前項の規定にかかわらず、役員選挙年度以外の年度については、入会申し込み期日が研究大会開催１カ月前よりも短い場合であっても、入会審査を行う場合がある。

（附則）

１５．この会則は、令和６年１１月１日から改正実施する。

１６.　この会則は、令和７年８月３１日から改正実施する。

※入会審査時期に関する補足

①　入会審査はカンファレンス開催時と研究大会開催時の理事会において審査されます。

②　3月（4月）末日までの申請は4月（5月）開催の理事会で、その後の研究大会1ヶ月前までの申請は研究大会時開催の理事会で、それぞれ審査されます。

７．ISSBセッションの開催

報告論文の内容がIFRSサステナビリティ開示基準に即しており、IASB MemberからISSBセッションの開催を提案された場合には、IASB支援プロジェクトの一環としてISSBセッションを開催することもある。

８．本申し合わせの改廃

本申し合わせの改廃は、国際交流委員会の過半数の賛成によって発議し、理事会がこれを決定し、会員総会で報告するとともに、本会ホームページにおいて会員に周知する。

２．この規程は、2022年10月7日から施行する。

３．この規程は、2025年9月1日から改正施行する。

Any individual who wishes to join the Association must obtain recommendations from two members and submit an application form along with the documents specified in the Membership Qualification Regulations, if necessary, to the Board of Directors no later than one month prior to the annual research conference.

②Any individual who wishes to join the Association as a student member must obtain a recommendation from one member and submit an application form along with the documents specified in the Membership Qualification Regulations to the Board of Directors no later than one month prior to the annual research conference.

③Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, in years other than those in which officer elections are held, the Board may conduct membership screening even if the application is submitted after the standard deadline (i.e., less than one month before the annual research conference).

(Supplementary Provisions)

15. This amendment to the Articles shall come into effect on November 1, 2024.

16. This amendment to the Articles shall come into effect on August 31, 2025.

15. This amendment to the Articles shall come into effect on November 1, 2024.

Supplementary Notes Regarding the Timing of Membership Screening

Membership applications are reviewed by the Board of Directors at the time of the Conference and the Annual Research Meeting.

Applications submitted by the end of March (or April) will be reviewed at the Board meeting held in April (or May). Applications submitted thereafter, up to one month before the Annual Research Meeting, will be reviewed at the Board meeting held during the Annual Research Meeting.

7. Holding of ISSB Sessions

If the content of a presented paper aligns with the IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Standards, and the holding of an ISSB session is proposed by an IASB Member, such a session may be held as part of the IASB Support Project.

8. Amendments to This Agreement

Amendments to this agreement shall be proposed by a majority vote of the International Exchange Committee and decided by the Board of Directors. The amendments shall be reported at the General Meeting of Members and made known to all members via the Association’s official website.

(Supplementary Provisions)

Approved by the International Exchange Committee of the Japan Association for International Accounting Studies on September 9, 2022.

This regulation shall come into effect on October 7, 2022.

This regulation shall be amended and come into effect on September 1, 2025.

7. Amendments to This Agreement

Amendments to this agreement shall be proposed by a majority vote of the International Exchange Committee, decided by the Board of Directors, reported at the General Meeting of Members, and communicated to all members via the Association’s official website.
